Trade account general rules (bulk buy):
- All orders must be paid before dispatch.
- We do not offer and never will offer credit to anyone under any circumstances.
- We dispatch all trade orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Pallet service via Parsons Nationwide Distribution Ltd (depending of weight and size of your order).
- Collection in person – if you are planning to collect your order in person you are welcome to do so between Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. Collection outside of these specified hours will need to be discussed and agreed upon with your account manager prior to collection. Please call us if you place an order and would like to collect your order on the same day. Whilst we aim to have your order ready for you as soon as possible, there may be some delays as time needed for packing and processing orders can vary. All orders will be available for collection next working day as default.
- All orders are dispatched next working day Monday -Friday.
- All missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving parcel/ pallet. Please contact us via email: shop@best4trade.co.uk
- All items lost by the courier will be refunded in full after 14 working days from the expected delivery time.
- In the event a parcel is lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us and a gift card will be issued with the appropriate value. The gift card can be used to pay in full or part for future orders.

All discount tiers are subject to change based on trading history. All accounts will be revised once a year in January. If your discount code is not working, access to your previous discount tier may have changed. Cost Wise reserves the right to lower or increase your discount to align with the aforementioned criteria. In the event your previous discount code does not work, please try the alternative codes (25%FORLIFE, METAL, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD). If you remain unable to apply any of the discount codes please contact us for assistance.
Placing an order:
1. First you must be logged into your account. Any discount code is related to your specific customer login, if you are not logged in or you are logged in to another account, the discount code will not work.
2. Add item/s to basket and check SUBTOTAL WEIGHT
To optimize shipping make sure you are in the correct weight bracket.
0-10kg, 10-25kg, 25-50kg, 50-75kg, postage is charged per kg and increases every 25kg.
In case of large order over 450kg, postage is increasing every 450kg (450kg, 900kg, 1350kg …)
3. Address – make sure you have billing and shipping address correct (if different). Your order will post to the shipping address provided.
4. Use the white box above SUBTOTAL to type in your discount code or Gift Card (you can use only 1 discount code, but you can use multiple Gift Cards).
5. Once you check address, postage cost and price and you are happy to procced, please mark payment method of your choice and click pay now button.
In case you marked pay via Bank Deposit:
You will receive confirmation of your order with bank account number. Please make sure you add your order number from the confirmation email as your payment reference.
6. Download invoices- please go to your account by selecting the person icon at the top of the website.

7. Cancellation before order dispatched – you can cancel your order as long is not marked as dispatched. To cancel just go to your order history and pick your order you like to cancel, press button CANCEL
Your order will be cancelled automatically. If you already paid for it, your refund is triggered and will go back to you the same method you use when you placed the order. As we do our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, you may only be able to cancel you order a few minutes after the order is placed.
