FBA Preparation

Trade account general rules (bulk buy):
- All orders must be paid before dispatch.
- We do not offer and never will offer credit to anyone under any circumstances.
- We dispatch all trade orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Pallet service via Parsons Nationwide Distribution Ltd (depending of weight and size of your order).
- Collection in person – if you are planning to collect your order in person you are welcome to do so between Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. Collection outside of these specified hours will need to be discussed and agreed upon with your account manager prior to collection. Please call us if you place an order and would like to collect your order on the same day. Whilst we aim to have your order ready for you as soon as possible, there may be some delays as time needed for packing and processing orders can vary. All orders will be available for collection next working day as default.
- All orders are dispatched next working day Monday -Friday.
- All missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving parcel/ pallet. Please contact us via email: shop@best4trade.co.uk
- All items lost by the courier will be refunded in full after 14 working days from the expected delivery time.
- In the event a parcel is lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us and a gift card will be issued with the appropriate value. The gift card can be used to pay in full or part for future orders.
Discount:
We offer trade discounts on all stock, varying from 25%-50%, for our business customers.
25% discount
For trade accounts making a turnover of £1-£25k+VAT per calendar year
Method of payment:
Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Gift card(Gift card bank transfer only)

40% discount
For trade accounts making a turnover of £25-£50k+VAT per calendar year
Method of payment:
Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Gift card (Gift card paid via bank transfer only)

45% discount
For trade accounts making a turnover of £50k+VAT per calendar year
Method of payment:
Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Gift card (Gift card paid via bank transfer only)
Trade Account discount code: BRONZE
48% discount
For trade accounts making a turnover of over £50k+VAT in previous calendar year.
Method of payment:
Bank transfer only, Gift card (Gift card paid via bank transfer only)
Trade Account discount code: SILVER
(in case of two cases of breaching payment rule you discount will be reduced to 45%)
50% discount
For trade accounts making a turnover of over £50k+VAT a year with two or more calendar years recorded turnover £50k+VAT
Method of payment:
Bank transfer only, Gift card (Gift card paid via bank transfer only)
Trade Account discount code: GOLD
All discount tiers are subject to change based on trading history. All accounts will be revised once a year in January. If your discount code is not working, access to your previous discount tier may have changed. Cost Wise reserves the right to lower or increase your discount to align with the aforementioned criteria. In the event your previous discount code does not work, please try the alternative codes (25%FORLIFE, METAL, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD). If you remain unable to apply any of the discount codes please contact us for assistance.
Download invoices:
Invoices can be downloaded directly from your account via order history.
1. Go to your account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the page.
2. Click on the order number for the invoice you require.
3. Click Download invoice.
Amazon FBA service and charges:
Bundles
A group of more than 1 item under one SKU
(Please note, this excludes tailored items such as different lengths of pipe (not full coil). The cost of cutting and wastage will be added to the price of the product and the preparation cost.)

Preparation £0.90+VAT per bundle (includes FNSKU label 29mmx63mm and poly bag)

We calculate the single item base price from the biggest pack size available on our website.
£2603.61/2000=£1.30+VAT
Item 2
Female Hose Connector, 1/2" or 5/8" Hose, Yellow
£2322.58/6000=£0.39+VAT
Summary:
- Stock: £1.30+0.39=£1.69+VAT (subject to trade discount from 25%-50%)
- Preparation for bundle: £0.90+VAT
We charge a fixed fee per box £2.40+VAT. The fixed fee is applicable regardless of how many items are in the box. Boxes are subject to a maximum gross weight of 23kg and a maximum length of 63cm on one side.
Box for 50:
The example below includes the 40% discount on stock.
- Stock: £1.69×50=£84.50 -40% = £50.70+VAT
- Preparation: £0.90×50=£45+VAT (this is a fixed fee and is not subject to your stock discount.)
- Box: £2.40+VAT (this is a fixed fee and is not subject to your stock discount.)
Total: £98.10+VAT , £98.10/50 =£1.96+VAT per item (excludes shipping to prime via UPS)
Please note, the above example does not include shipping label costs. Shipping labels should be provided by yourself. If you would prefer for us to provide the labels, this will need to be discussed with your account manager and an additional charge will apply.
Single item
1 item per SKU

Total £71.40+VAT , £71.40/50 =£1.43+VAT per item (excludes shipping to prime via UPS)
Please note, the above example does not include shipping label costs. Shipping labels should be provided by yourself. If you would prefer for us to provide the labels, this will need to be discussed with your account manager and an additional charge will apply.
Rules:
1. NO MIX SKU BOXES – Only 1 SKU per box.
Each SKU will have a dedicated listing on the trade site with information only you can access.
We can adjust the number of items in the box but we always try to keep the maximum amount of items in the box as this is more cost effective. If you would like us to send a reduced quantity to start with this can be arranged. Please note, we are unable to exceed the maximum weight of 23kg and maximum dimensions of 63cm (box length).
2. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Preparation from your side:
We will need the FNSKU from you for each item in order to create a listing on our website. We also need labels with your first order in pdf format.
To create a label please print them from Amazon as shown in the example below:
Once you place your order with us, please prepare your shipment as follows:

Please make the booking for all your shipments on Amazon and send us a PDF file with all of the AMAZON and UPS labels.
