We also stock a range of full flow valves for applications where maintaining a high flow rate is critical, and various PP fittings including valves, nipples, sockets, tees.

Garden Watering

We offer a wide range of garden watering supplies. Our collection of garden lawn sprinklers, hose sprayers, watering cans and lances boast a variety of styles and spray patterns, ensuring that you find the perfect watering solution. We also have water timers for providing precise control over watering schedules. Our line of garden taps offer quick-connect, barbed or threaded outlets for flexible connection options. Furthermore, our extensive range of garden hose and tap fittings are essential for facilitating the attachment of hoses to various water sources and other gardening equipment.

Trade account general rules (bulk buy):

  1. All orders must be paid before dispatch. 
  2. We do not offer and never will offer credit to anyone under any circumstances.
  3. We dispatch all trade orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Pallet service via Parsons Nationwide Distribution Ltd (depending of weight and size of your order).
  4. Collection in person – if you are planning to collect your order in person you are welcome to do so between Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. Collection outside of these specified hours will need to be discussed and agreed upon with your account manager prior to collection. Please call us if you place an order and would like to collect your order on the same day. Whilst we aim to have your order ready for you as soon as possible, there may be some delays as time needed for packing and processing orders can vary. All orders will be available for collection next working day as default. 
  5. All orders are dispatched next working day Monday -Friday.
  6. All missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving parcel/ pallet. Please contact us via email: shop@best4trade.co.uk
  7. All items lost by the courier will be refunded in full after 14 working days from the expected delivery time.
  8. In the event a parcel is lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us and a gift card will be issued with the appropriate value. The gift card can be used to pay in full or part for future orders.

We offer trade discounts on all stock, varying from 25%-50%, for our business customers.

25% discount 

For trade accounts making a turnover of £1-£25k+VAT per calendar year

40% discount 

For trade accounts making a turnover of £25-£50k+VAT per calendar year

45% discount 

For trade accounts making a turnover of £50k+VAT per calendar year

Trade Account discount code: BRONZE

48% discount 

For trade accounts making a turnover of over £50k+VAT in previous calendar year.

(in case of two cases of breaching payment rule your discount will be reduced to 45%)

50% discount 

For trade accounts making a turnover of over £50k+VAT a year with two or more calendar years recorded turnover £50k+VAT

For trade accounts making minimum of 50 dropshipping orders per day in the previous calendar year (18250 orders in previous year).

Trade Account discount code: Your discount code will be a dedicated code for your individual account. This discount is available for purchasing individual items only  – it cannot be use for bulk buy. If it is found that you are using your discount code for bulk buy purchases, your discount code will be removed from your account and will be reverted to the basic 25%FORLIFE code. 

 

All discount tiers are subject to change based on trading history. All accounts will be revised once a year in January. If your discount code is not working, access to your previous discount tier may have changed. Cost Wise reserves the right to lower or increase your discount to align with the aforementioned criteria. In the event your previous discount code does not work, please try the alternative codes (25%FORLIFE, METAL, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD). If you remain unable to apply any of the discount codes please contact us for assistance.

Download invoices:

Invoices can be downloaded directly from your account via order history.

1. Go to your account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the page.

2. Click on the order number for the invoice you require.

3. Click Download invoice. 

Trade account rules DROPSHIPPING:

  1. All orders must be paid before dispatch.  
  2. We do not offer and never will offer credit to anyone under any circumstances. 
  3. We dispatch all dropshipping orders using Royal Mail 48 Tracked or 24 Tracked (depending on the service you choose at checkout). 
  4. All orders are dispatched the same working day Monday – Friday if ordered before 2pm, and Saturday if ordered before 10am.
  5. All missing/damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please contact us via email: shop@best4trade.co.uk, providing a screenshot of your conversation with your customer and a picture of the items received/damaged product. 
  6. All items lost by the courier will be refunded in full after 14 working days from the expected delivery time. 
  7. In the event a parcel is lost, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the item arrives damaged or missing parts, please contact us and a gift card will be issued with the appropriate value. The gift card can be used to pay in full or part for future orders.
  8. Returns – we do not accept returns unless it is individually agreed with your account manager. If the courier attempts delivery and is not successful (no response/card was left) or if the customer does not collect their parcel from their local post office, the order is eventually returned to us. When the item is returned we will issue a full refund for the item minus the cost of shipping x2. If a customer returns the item to us themselves without prior notice at their own expense, we will issue a full refund for the item (subject to the item being in unopened and unused condition) minus the original postage cost. 

Restrictions:

We are limited by Royal Mail to send Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels with maximum parcel dimensions of 47cm x 47cm x 63cm. In the event that you pay extra postage for large items over these specified dimensions, we reserve the rights to use Royal Mail 48 Tracked with no refund given for the cost difference. 

We do not currently send items to Isle Of Man (subject to change).  

We do not accept special instruction for parcels e.g. leave the parcel in the bin.
